Does this fan only operate on battery power, or can it also be connected to an electrical outlet?This fan can also be powered by electricity. But we do not recommend using the misting function when plugged in for safety reasons. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions. Is this fan resistant to water? Yes, this fan boasts IPX4 water resistance. Please ensure that the power supply jack waterproof cover, battery cover, and USB waterproof silicone cover are completely closed to prevent water from contacting the battery or entering the battery port. Can I use any kind of water? Please ONLY use clean cold or room-temperature water. Avoid using impure water sources like river water, as it may cause pump blockages and product malfunctions. Keep the water tank lid closed during use to prevent foreign objects from falling in. How can I adjust the spray if it is not a mist? First check if the misting nozzles are loose. If not, please unscrew the nozzles and disassemble them to see if there are any missing parts. You can see all the parts of the nozzles in the user manual.
